Manila LRT Train Collision Scandal

Something shameful and maybe scandalous happened last week in the transportation system in Metro Manila. The two trains of the LRT collided. I laughed the first time I saw it. It's not that I like it. It is due to the fact that it was shameful and ridiculous. How did it happen? I thought buses, jeepneys, taxis and other automobiles are the ones that collide. It looks like it happens only in the philippines. I suspect that there are lapses now in the LRT management particularly in the maintenance department. It has been a long time since the last time I rode in a train because I was scared of the terrorist bombing. Now, there is another reason why I should never use LRT or MRT again. Mass transpo has become very terrible!
