Cebu Miss Universe Contestant Scandal

There was a report from a tabloid few weeks back that there was a scandal picture of a Miss Universe contestant from Cebu that was spreading in the internet. I forgot the name of the contestant, I will post it here in the next update. But one thing is certain is that she was a Cebu Miss Universe contestant. However, it was not certain it was really her on the picture. It was another look-alike scandal picture case. She has already denied the allegation that it was her on the photo.
