The fertilizer scam scandal is the kind of scandal that could only happen in the Philippines. In this scandal, some government officials in the Philippines were accused of stealing the fund which was intented to be used to buy fertilizers for the poor and struggling Filipino farmers. The money in the fund evaporated and nowhere to be found.
