The End of Call Centers Scandal
Call centers and I.T. parks have mushrommed everywhere in the Philippines, India and other 3rd World countries selling the cheapest labor in the world. This is a respond to the high demand of buildings to house agents and I.t. workers, and the positive speculations of real estate investors. The investors are right at the moment but if they think that this is going to last long they have to think thrice because it is not. It is quite ironic, awkward and ridiculous to me everytime I see new call center or I.T. building being built in an I.T./call center park like the Asiatown I.t. park in Cebu, I.T. parks in Alabang, Ortigas, Makati, Baguio, and many other cities in the Philippines and India. Do call center agents and programmers really need to get up early and rush to a building in an I.T. park to eventually sit in front of their PC when they have PC and cheap internet connection at home enough to handle voice or even video data at high quality? I.T. parks/call center parks are nothing but stone-age version odesk.com and freelancer.com. Call center agents and I.T. workers don't have indulge in the hassle of getting up early and swimming though the ocean of vehicles and humans along highways in the cities. All they have to do is log on to odesk.com and freelancer.com to access their thousands of clients and companies from anywhere in world.
Mark my words, call center and I.T. park buildings are doomed. The future is online as the internet gurus have predicted in the 90's. This is the biggest scandal that will rock the world of investors and agents.

Should Pacquiao Fight Marquez for the Third Time ?
After the recent fight of Marquez against Katsidis of which Marquez won by TKO, Marquez challences Pacquiao to fight him for the third time. Marquez even came up with a banner saying "Marquez Beat Pacquiao Twice" . Well, I would say that is a desparate attempt of Marquez to get another piece of a big payday. We know Pacquiao is the boxing cash cow today and from his latest fight against Antonio Margarito wherein Pacquiao showed an incredible performance, Pacquiao has the biggest paydays ahead of him and Marquez simply wanted a piece of it.
Marquez should get out of Pacquaio's path because Pacquiao has given him two chances and he was knocked down by Pacquiao thrice in the first fight and once in the second. This was years ago when Pacquiao had not yet developed enough speed, power and accuracy. Marquez was sent to canvas by Katsidis, what could have happened had he fought Pacquiao last Saturday? Marquez can be easily floored therefore he doesn't deserve any more fight from Pacquiao. Twice is enough thrice is too much!
On top of that, Marquez is just a waste of money because Pacquiao is right that Marquez doesn't have a huge fans base.Pacquiao should fight Mosley or Mayweather next year. However, chances are Mayweather will not fight the Pacman because Mayweather have not grown balls yet to face Pacquiao in the ring. Pacquiao Mosley fight is the best way to start 2011.

He also throws jokes that effectively but temporarily remove the miseries and problems that the Filipino people. This is how poor and miserable this country has become. Begging of the beggars even goes to the national TV! I hope the new administration will continue to fight corruption and jail corrupt officials in this country. The corrupt politicians have milked the Filipino masses dry! Anyway, still I congratulate Willie for the job well done and I hope you will win the case against Abs-Cbn. Continue to help the poor. Donate 50% of you income to the poor (will you?). And never do mischievious acts/comments again so that you will never be banned again by MTRCB!

Have you watched the Rosanna Roces The Movie? Or Osang The Movie? This question came up to me when I heard an advertisement in the televison that features the Rosana Roces The Movie or Osang The Movie. I heard it from the narrator of the ad saying Rosanna Roces The movie. Is there really a movie that will tell us the life of Rosanna Roces? Will it sell in the cinemas? I really doubt right now whether their will be significant number of people willing to spare money to watch a movie about the life of Rosanna Roces. Osang is not as popular as she was a decade ago. I can still remember the Magandang Umaga Bayan episode where Rosanna Roces was interviewed by Noli De Castro. The was a hot episode because during the time it was the height of Osang's popularity. Today, Osang have been through a lot of controversies.. She is no longer sexy because she has gotten older and she has also become fat. However, I think there is still a chance that this movie will make money if the movie will be played by some young and sexy actress. When this movie hit the theaters I will still watch it because I was once a avid fan of Rosanna Roces. I can still imagine her hot photoshots. I think if marketed well the movie will still sell because there are still some interesting parts of Osang's life that is worth waching like her marriage and family which she hid during the peak of her popurarity.

Paquiao Margarito 24/7 HBO Series Review
I watched the Paquiao Margarito 24/7 HBO Series video last night and all I can is that the video is
great. I believe the said HBO series is effective as a marketing tool to the fight of Pacquiao and Margarito this coming November 13, 2010. The video has clearly shown the strengths of each side of the camps. I believe the this 24/7 HBO series will help prove the claim of Bob Arum that this fight will generate a 1.3 million PPV (pay per views). In the previous fight of Manny Pacquiao Vs Joshua Clottey, the fight only generated 700k PPV. This can be explained by the fact that Joshua Clottey is not a popular boxer. In the fight, people thought that it was a mismatch so a lot of boxing fans did not bother to watch it.
Compared to the coming fight of Pacquiao against Margarito, many believe that there is a chance that Manny Pacquiao willl lose in this fight. Margarito has so many advantages against the Pacman: size, reach and power all go to Margarito. Many boxing experts say that this is no way a mismatch in favor to Pacquiao. In fact some say this is a mismatch in favor of Margarito than to Pacquiao because of so many advantages Margarito over Pacquiao.
There are also reports that Pacquiao was slower in his boxing sessions due to the added weight so that he can qualify in the division. Arum even admitted that after this fight Pacquiao will stick to welterweight division. Another thing that will make this fight a PPV success is the fan base of Margarito in North America. Margarito is Mexican and their is a huge mexican population in the US. There are also millions of Filipinos in North America.
Despite of Margarito's undeniable advantages I believe Pacquiao's speed and stamina is the key to winning this fight. If you have speed you give high momentum when your punch hits your opponent.
