I have never known a male celebrity in the Philippines as controversial as Willie Revillame. Willie is a talented guy and their is no question about it. His timing in cracking jokes is just amazing. He is terrific in bringing you fro m a serious talk to a very funny situation. He draws people which I think is his best asset that is why he was reported to be earning almost a million if not a million a day. His PR skill is just unparralled. He has millions of fans all over the world ready to tune in to his noon time show if Wowowee is reinstated in ABS-CBN anytime. I can't help but notice that his most avid and most fanatic followers are the grandmas. Grandmas love Willie Revillame very much that they always defend Willie no matter what controvery he is getting through.
Willie had been through a lot of controversies and scandals. There was cheating scandals in the parlor games of the Wowowee programs which of course ruined his reputation even though there is no direct evidence that he took part in it. I personally belive he did not. What made Willie so controversial is his being mischievious. I guess everybody remembers his mischief in his program prior to Wowowee that gor him banned by the MTRCB. And in the Wowowee, he voluntarily went to a vacation when he made a disrectful remark on the late president Corazon Aquino. If you search youtube or google keywords like Willie Revillame scandal, you'll come across alledgedly scandalous videos of Willie taking advantage of the women participants of the Wowowee program. However all these contoversies has something to do for his being mischievious. Everytime he does these acts I remember my classmates in high school, in college and even officemates. There are really people who love doing mischief just for the fun of it. It's like their day is not complete if they have not done some of it on things and people around them.
It is sad that Willie Revillame is no longer seen on a noon time TV show. A lot of people are happy and a lot are also sad. I am sad because despite of Willie's attitude, I believe Willie has a good heart. I believe he is willing to help and make people happy so that we forget miseries in life. It is sad that Willie has some attitude that ruin his carreer. Had he not have those negative behaviours he could be richer and happier now. Now he is sued by Abs-Cbn for damages for hundreds of million pesos for a breach of contract. If proven guilty, this penalty is enough to make him mesirable. I hope willie will settle his problem with Abs-Cbn and go back to work and make people laugh again.

Mariel Rodriguez is getting blooming nowadays especially that she is now married to Robin Padilla. There was a report that they were even married by the Ibaloi tribe. That is so sweet. Robin Padilla is really so magnetic to women. Even my neighbors who are already 40 somethings and some are 60 somethings are still very crazy about this actor. They said that Robin is so hot. He is even hotter today than when he was during the peak of his popularity.
Fans of Mariel Rodriguez are also very happy that she is now the wife of Robin. However to be honest I personally do not like them together. Mariel is too young for Robin. I believe Mariel deserves young and handsome bachelor. I believe it is quite different when couples are of the same age. The romance and excitement are purer than when one of the couple is older or has been married. But anyway so long as they are happy then they should go for it, defy the odds and live happily.
I hope Mariel Rodriquez will have more Tv shows. I really like watching her on Wowowee during the heydays of that program. Now the program had been screwed up by Willie. Mariel is so fun to watch in her shows. I like her style, her smile and his face. When I see her face I remember my high school sweetheart who broke my heart. The first time I saw Mariel was on a gadget magazine which was in 2005 if I remember it right. I was so attracted by her that I cut out his picture on the front cover of th magazine and stapled it on the wall by the study table. I didn't know who she was then. I didn't even know her name until my classmate told me that she is a celebrity and she appears regularly on tv. I am not quite happy that she is with Robin Padilla now. But the is nothing I can do that. I can only wish that they will not hurt each other and their relatioship will last until death do them part!

Civil Engineering Board Exam Result November 2010 Coming Up
The board exam of civil engineering graduates is coming up. It will be held this coming november 2010. I'm very excited to see my relatives and schoolmates in the list of the upcoming civil engineering board exam result to conducted by PRC. I am also excited to know the topnochers and the top performing schools in this exam. My Alma Mater is always in the top 10 of the top perming schools in the country. Most of the time it is either number 1 or number 2 of the top performing schools in the Philippines. I hope my school will land on top again on the list. I also hope more alumni from my school will land on the top 10. Check back this webpage, I'll be posting the list of passers and topnotchers once the result is released by PRC.
Antonio Margarito Plaster Handwrap Scandal
Antonio Margarito will be fighting against Manny Pacquiao on Nov. 13, 2010. This wll be a great fight to watch and I bet Manny Pacquiao to win this fight by knockout in the later rounds. However, there are also fear that Margarito may win the fight if he can cheat again. Margarito is even nicknamed by boxing fans as Margacheato for being a cheater in this fight against Shane Mosley. This came to be known as the Antonio Margarito handwrap scandal. In that fight, before the fight started Margarito was found wearing a hand wrap with plaster-like material. This material will add significant harness on the fist and thus causing tremendous damage. The Margarito Mosley still happened despite of this discovery but of course the hand wrap was replaced with a clean one. Ironically, the fight ended with Margarito knocked out by Mosley. Because of this scandal, there are speculations that during the Margarito Cotto fight Margariti cheated by using the controvrsial hand wrap. In the fight Cotto was brutally defeated by Margarito leaving Cotto bleeding and a totally disconfigured face. I hope the Pacquiao Margarito bould would be a clean and a great fight.
Mark Herras Webcam Video Scandal
There is a rumor spreading the net that there is a Mark Herras scandal video. According to the rumor, Mark Herras can be seen in the video showing off something scandalous while chatting in a webcam. This is rumored to be a web cam video. There is also a rumor that Mark Herras is a gay or likes to entertain gays. This is a sad news because Mark Heras is a handsome and decent actor. However, this is just a rumor and I think it is not certain if the person in the video is indeed him. Mark Heras has made a remark on this issue and he hasdenied saying that he is not the one in the video. I personally believe that this is not true since there were already video scandals inthe past involving famous celebrities. Those scandals should have taught the celebrities today to be careful and not do scandalous acts with video cams and especially web cams. Mark Herras is a decent actor celebrity and I think he could not do such scandalous acts with in front a web cam.

The End of Facebook
Facebook is one of he most popular web services nowadays. It has surpassed Myspace and Friendster in dramatic ways. Facebook entered the social networking arena late. First it was friendster and then myspace and several years have passed before facebook rose and eventually surpassed the two pioneers of this field. When facebook became popular, friendster and myspace didn't have this microblogging functionallity which let users post updates or post whatever is on their minds. This breakthogh functionality made facebook popular and even more useful. It gives users a way to shout out their feelings and thoughts to their friends in one or two sentences. When this was introduced, I was so addicted that I even post my private activities. I was also addicted to reading posts from my friends.
It was fun until I I got tired of scrolling, clicking and following my friends' messages. I realized that I had so many friends already and no matter what I did I could no longer read all of their messages. I even felt that I was already wasting my time. Yes, it is really a waste of time reading posts from your friends because most of them just post whatever comes to their mind. However the main reason why ths update functionality of facebook is doomed is the fact that a single user has limited capacity. A user can only read no more than 100 messages per session. This is called information overload - the classic problem humans suffer in the nformation age. Though computers are fast and have large capacity, humans are so limited. We don't have the energy and time to read all the messages of 500 or more friends. Today, I no longer open my facebook account to read those messages. Even the last time I checked it, new real time messages from my friends come up almost every minute. I just don't have the time to read them. I believe that in years to come there will be no one using this facebook functionality.

Manila Philippines Hostage Taking Scandal Video! Very Scandalous!
The hostage taking inciddent that happpened in Quirino grand stand is very scandalous that I call it the Manila Philippines Hostage Taking Scandal ! The video is all over net which give it the most scandalous video that ever happened in the Philippines or even in the whole world! It is not only the most scandalous video, it is laso the most shameful video that I've seen in my entire life. In fact, it is more scandalous and shameful than the katrina Hayden Kho Scandal!
What is so shameful and scandalous about this event is not only that it has busted the myth about swat teams in the Philippines but that the hostage taker was policeman! This incident will surely kill the present ailing tourism indstry. It ha sent a msssage to the world that no one can be trusted in the Philippines. Even a police could be your hostage taker. Corrupt police could be tolerable but a police who takes hostage is abssolutely not.
And who is to blame for this mess? Gloria Arroyo and not Pres. Noynoy Aquino. P-noy has simply inherited an incompetent SWAT team under the previous administration! Where did all the funds go for PNP modernation? Aren't SWAT teams supposed to train monthly or every two monnths? Everytime I watch this video over and over I can't stop but say how stupid the police has become. Our police is the most incompetent police in the world! We have to change. I hope P-noy would do everything he could to modernize the PNP so that this shameful and scandalous incident will never happen again.
